Short Drama Rules and Regulations
- The play can be performed in Malay, English, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, French and Mandarin.
- The maximum duration of the play is 20 minutes inclusive of stage preparation.
- Each play can only be performed by five to ten members of cast.
- There is no specific theme for the play. However, it should not touch on sensitive issues such as politics, race, religion.
- The participants have to come up with their own scripts/adaptation from other works (e.g. drama/novel/short story/film).
- Props preparation is under participants’ responsibility.
- One copy of the synopsis of the short drama must be submitted to the person in charge.
