Functions

To determine and maintain a benchmarking standard for all administrative programmes and student support services.
To plan, evaluate and monitor the teaching and learning systems at KUSTEM.
To plan, execute and evaluate the needs for short and long term courses in order to improve skills and enhance knowledge of the academic and support staff.

Activities

The main activities carried out by the centre are:

To plan and co-ordinate internal quality assurance activities.
To provide research and publication facilities to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
To provide short and long term courses to improve skills and enhance knowledge of the staff.
To collaborate with and provide services to other government agencies.
