Development and Asset Management Division
Mission
- To provide, establish and maintain the physical and infrastructural developments and assets of the University in order to create comfortable, lively and dynamic campus.
Objectives
- To provide the best service for all activities pertaining to the physical development of the campus
including upgrading the available facilities such as the infrastructure, buildings and landscape.
- To provide new facilities and to lead the management of asset and campus land area.
- To supervise all projects pertaining to developments and facilities for the comfort of the students, staff and visitors.
Functions
- Technical Section
- Planning, designing, managing and supervising the technical aspects of construction works on
infrastructure, buildings, telecommunications, mechanical and electrical facilities.
- Supervising and administering contracts for all development projects including renovation works
and new physical and infrastructural constructions.
- Monitoring works on overall campus cleanliness and landscape.
- Maintaining on buildings inclusive of facilities and public amenities.
- Planning, designing, managing and supervising the technical aspects of construction works on

- Providing support service to the Division which includes the preparation of budget and matters
pertaining to purchase, administration, correspondence, filing system, staff welfare and service.
