This programme is specifically designed to produce graduates who are competent in agro-processing and agricultural product technology. It emphasizes post-harvest management aspects, including the processing of crops, livestock, and aquaculture products, preservation technology, packaging, food safety, as well as automation and supply chain logistics.
In addition, the programme covers elements such as standards and regulations related to agricultural products, agro-waste processing, and the requirements of the halal food industry. This holistic approach aims to prepare graduates who are ready to contribute to the development of the national agro-food sector through sustainable, innovative, and safe processing technologies.
