The Nanophysics programme is a branch of physics that deals with materials at the nanoscale. Students will be exposed to new knowledge and technologies applicable to various sectors of the nanotechnology industry, such as nanoelectronics, nanosensors, nanofibres, nanomaterials, nanodevices and many more. The implementation of work-based learning (3u1i) in this programme integrates theoretical and practical learning in nanophysics to produce skilled, competitive and innovative graduates.
Electrical and Magnetic Physics, Wave and Optics Physics, Quantum Physics, Marine Physics, Mathematical Physics, Modern Physics, Nanomaterials Physics, Thermal Physics, Numerical Methods and Computational Physics, Physics Research Methods, Mathematics, Classical Mechanics, Basic Programming for Physicists, Introduction to Electronics, Principles of Physical Chemistry, Principles of Organic Chemistry, Solid-State Science, Nanophysics Techniques, Physical Science Techniques.
STPM (SCIENCE STREAM)
Obtain at least Grade C in ONE (1) of the following STPM subjects:

DIPLOMA / DVM / EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a Diploma or another qualification recognised as equivalent and approved by the University Senate, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 in a field related to Science and Technology.
MALAYSIAN UNIVERSITY ENGLISH TEST (MUET)
Obtain at least BAND 2.0 for results from Session 1, 2021 onwards, or BAND 2 for results from 2020 and earlier, subject to the validity period applicable on the date of application.
