“I applied a transformative teaching method through the use of animal toys to help my Biodiversity students learn about animal classification using a dichotomous key and the method was effective and well-received,” she said.

The Minister of Education Special Awards: Curriculum Design and Innovative Delivery have been created by the Ministry of Education to identify, recognize and share best practices that have been implemented by individuals and institutions each year in three categories which are innovative academic curriculum, transformative teaching and immersive learning experience.
